Funding completed on 4.56mW PPA

Site Overview:

Greenleaf-TNX is pleased to announce the completion of funding of the upcoming 4.6mW solar array in Blythe, California. The system results in substantial energy cost reduction to the host from day-1. “We are happy to find such a beneficial relationship where we can work together to support the California taxpayer and environment”, said Charlie Fiechter, Partner at Greenleaf.

This project is fully entitled and construction work has already begun. The system will use 16,704 high-powered utility-scale solar modules, with a name-plate output rating of 4,593,600 Watts DC. Interconnection is scheduled for March of 2012. Once completed the facility will generate approximately 9,400 megawatt-hours a year of clean energy, offsetting approximately 20,500,000 pounds of CO2 released annually.
